IUL have a journal that covers many topics including crime, bribery and corruption and it is open for all doctors to write and publish their works called the voice of the university (Sawt Eljameaa)

Sawt Al-Jamiaa 

Since its inception, the IUL established specialized research centers emphasizing the importance of scientific research in enriching the cultural mission of the university, while addressing societal problems and rationalizing effective solutions. 

In line with the status of the university that aims at promoting the scientific research and  establishing periodical publishing peer-reviewed scientific studies, the IUL launched the journal “Sawt Al-Jamiaa” under the decree No. 47 / 2008 date 10/02/2009. 

• “Sawt Al-Jamiaa” is a semi-annual peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic University of Lebanon. 

• “Sawt Al-Jamiaa” has published eighteen issues by the beginning-year 2020. The journal’s publications are sent to Lebanese, Arab and foreign universities, as well as cultural and political figures and institutions. 
• It is worth mentioning that the journal has succeeded in obtaining the “Arab Citation & Impact Factor (ARCIF)” criteria, which conform with the scientific and international criteria that have more than 31 criteria.

The ARCIF project is a scientific and cultural necessity for the Arab world in light of an ever-increasing scientific research movement and the need to develop of its methods: 

Provide a scientific and normative methodology for assessing and measuring the Impact Factor of Arab scientific journals in an objective and quantifiable basis. 

Establish a standard measuring tool in the field of scientific research and publication in the Arab world with credibility and reliability, and serve as a benchmark in the evaluation of Arab scientific journals, in a way that contributes to the identification of the most influential and useful research. 

Provide data and indicators to measure Arab intellectual production, documenting it as heritage and as a cultural investment, and re-considering it in the absence of data and indicators that may reduce its size and importance, thus accentuating its presence within the indicators of global intellectual production. 

Overcome the problem that is the overuse of foreign languages by Arab researchers, necessary for the preparation of scientific research, for publication in scientific journals with the impact of the world-speaking English. 

To become a benchmark and a standard adopted in the ranking of Arab universities globally, specifically working to improve their positions and prestige.
