The Humanity-AI Driven Center for Innovation (HAICI) is pleased to announce an open call for
R&D Research Interns from the Faculty of Law to join our active interdisciplinary initiatives alongside our local and international partners.
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape corporate legal operations, the workflows behind
contract lifecycle management and risk auditing are evolving rapidly.
This program is designed for forward-thinking legal professionals who possess strong traditional legal expertise
while embracing the future of AI-powered legal innovation.
Participants will develop the ability to manage complex corporate legal operations manually while contributing to
the design of scalable AI-assisted workflows that enhance drafting, compliance, and legal risk analysis.
📌 Program Framework

Target Candidates: Master’s students currently enrolled in Law programs, or recent graduates holding advanced legal qualifications.

Scope: Applications are open nationwide 🇱🇧. Qualified candidates from all universities across Lebanon are welcome, with strong encouragement for applicants from the Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL).

Drafting sophisticated contracts and specialized legal clauses tailored for corporate operations, strategic partnerships, and business relationships.
