International Colloquium | HAI-CI Launching Event

Organized by Islamic University of Lebanon (IUL) in collaboration with IEEE, AUF AND ORDER of Engineers and architects partners.

The event will follow a hybrid format:
Contributions must address a topic within one of the two thematic axes. Prospective authors are invited to submit an abstract of approximately 200 words, written in English and formatted in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single column. Abstracts should be submitted electronically to https://student.iulonline.net/ai-human later than 6th November 2025.
Accepted authors will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation (plus Q&A). A PDF version of the final presentation or poster must be sent before 20th November 2025 to [email protected]
Additionally, the best selected abstracts will be invited to develop a joint four-paper article for publication at the 2026 IEEE International Conference, highlighting the top research contributions emerging from this colloquium.
All registered attendees and contributors (presenters, workshop leaders, and participants) will receive official attestations of participation issued by the Humanity–AI Driven Center for Innovation, IUL. Certificates will be distributed digitally following the event.
